SCIR Table.png

Students at the Steel Centre participate in a variety of learning experiences during their studies, which add to their business sense, teach real-world strategies for constructability and cost management, and show their place in the construction process chain. The Industry-Ready endorsement recognizes that learning and provides a framework to establish breadth of knowledge that translates into superior job readiness upon graduation. Students complete 24 "event credits", typically representing a learning experience of at least one hour, spread across three core areas of engineering competency: real-world engineering, industry collaboration, and business sense.

Steel Centre Industry-Ready is available to Steel Centre students in any program.
